best qualtiy I've found This zinc is in capsule form and not tablet. I like capsules because they absorb easier and are easier to swallow. Not enough zinc in or diet can cause havac in our bodies, especially men who are dominant in zinc. My hair, nails and skin are so much healthier and my hot flashes are under control.
