Necessary vitamin

Great Vitamin D-3 supplement!
Ever since I started to take Vitamin D-3, I have noticed some overall good things with my health. I like taking the 400 IU as it is easier to control how much I need to take and the capsules are small.

Vit D-3
You need to take Vitamin D with your calicum (find THAT here as well) , and most calicum pills do not contain enough Vit D, so you need extra. D-3 is the BEST form of D and is becoming one of the hottest vitamins these days for many reasons. Swansons D-3 is the CHEAPEST D-3 out there. PERIOD! GREAT BUY!!

tiny pill, yeah!!!
I love this vitamin D because it's a tiny capsule and goes down easily. My kids don't mind taking it either since it's so small. I believe I get full benefit from taking it and it's affordable also. I've been using it for about 2 years now.

a needed vitamin
This vitamin is needed for bone building. I cannot feel a difference since beginning this along with other bone building nutrients. If my DEXA test improves I will be a continual user.
