Great Product/Great Price This time release Vit. C is the best buy for the $$ spent at any store you may find... Time release doesn't overload your body with a surge of C so it is much easier on you system. Immune Support Plus I bought this to help keep my immune system in top shape. Chicago winters can be pretty rough sometimes. Since vitamin C isn't stored in the body I like to buy one that's time released. The rose hips contain vitamins C, E & K so I like the fact that I get that extra nutrition with each tablet.
