Outstanding Vitamin C w/Rose Hips
I have been taking Vit C 3000mg per day for the last 2 years. It is very hard to find an excellent Vit C that actually delivers, without the killer price tag.
I use Vit C for overall health and as an anti aging supplement. The regular Vit C I had been using is no longer available, so I decided to try this Vitamin C w/Rose Hips knowing that Rosehips are an excellent source of Vit C.
With this product I have noticed I only need 2000mg per day to get the same results as other Vit C products, nor is it harsh on the stomach.
I'm glad I tried this one and will remain using it.

Ingredients?
My review will change after magnesium stearate has been removed from your product. Normally I would give all 5's. Break open a cap and drop it in water and see what happens, it won't dissolve. Please replace with 100% silica.

a softgel form will be better
The price of Swanson Premium Vitamin C 1000 mg 250 cap is unbeatable. But for better absorption, I hope Swanson can consider making Vitamin C 1000 mg in softgel form, as does Carlson C-Gel - Vitamin C, which is great but a little on the expensive side (in fact most of their products are).

Best bang for the buck!
I searched all over for a 1000 mg capsule for a reasonable price and found it at Swanson. Not only is the price much better than in the stores, the quality blows away anything out there. I have to take 6 to 8 grams per day as part of a chelation routine prescribe by my doctor and Swanson's 1000 mg w/rose hips is the only Vit C supplement that I can take w/o ripping my gut to shreds. And, the effectiveness is outstanding!

Vitamin D w/RoseHips Caps
I really like this product. It easier for me to swallow being a capsule rather than a tablet. And it is probably easier for me to digest as well. Swanson's products give me a much greater value than elsewhere I've purchased Vitamin C.
