LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
I have been taking B-12 for a short time now, I have noticed something not sure what yet, but it's a good feeling. I take so many different supplements that I'm not really sure which ones are doing what, but my energy and well-being do seem to be increasing. It's called trial and error. So far so good. Swanson's B-12 500 mcg is just one of the vitamins I take that I can definitely feel an increase in my energy level. It's not something I take everyday. "For me" it's the times when I need an extra boost; or many times I think my day is over (exercise, activity wise); I'll receive a call from a friend that wants to play a couple sets of tennis or try get 18 in before it's dark. I KNOW I can take a B-12 capsule and before long I feel like new!! I'm not close to 18 anymore and I can use all the help I can get. Swanson's Vitamin B-12 is just one of their products I use & can count on for extra energy!

itching side effect
after taking 1,000 mcg for only two days I had terrible itching. oncologist said it could be from the pink dye that is added.
if you start itching, stop use & try another B12 brand

this comes in a little capsule, easy to swallow and you don't have to wait for a sub lingual type pill to dissolve under your tongue. You must be able to absorb b-12 orally though.
