Great product
Great Vitamin B-1 supplement. The capsule is a bit big but very easy to swallow. Will keep buying it, since multivitamin/minerals often do not have enough B-1. Thank you Swanson!

This seems to help my manhood, can tell by the effects upon awaking form a nights sleep. However, I must take several a day to get this affect.

Restful sleep with B1
When I have problems with my feet moving just as I begin to fall asleep, I take 100 mg of B1 and I have a good nights sleep.

B1- AN AHA
Several years ago I read of B1 used to help reduce embarrasing memory slips and decided to try it. It worked and after while as usual forgot about it until the need arose again as my 80's arrived I immediately thought of Swanson's and am pleased so say its working finely again, thank you so much for continuing carrying all the basics, old as well as new. Best Value for B1 I have seen
I love this product. It works just as well as more expensive B1 vitamens I have purchased, and is much less expensive and much easier to swallow (I prefer capsules to tablets). I take this product everyday and really notice a difference in my energy level if I forget to take it.
