I read a Swanson research update on Triple Boron and decided it was for me. It is for strong bones. I'm over 60 years old and I take it with Swanson's calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D.

Take this with strontium for bone strength and it seems to be working, do this instead of calcium.

Good Product

strong fingernails
My hands are washed several times a day as I work. I find Triple Boron Complex an excellent means of keeping my fingernails hard. I have found this Swanson product highly recommendable.

Boron - who new
This is a great product at a fair price. If I had only one product that I could take this would be it. I have taken boron for over 3 years and recommed it to my friends.

Good Source
Boron has been proven to be a necessary component of bone health. It assists in the bodily retention of the calcium and magnesium a person ingests.
I take this supplement when I take my other bone health supplements, to round out the mixture. The three different sources provides more insurance of absorbability.
