Back to Psyllium Husks
I don't see an advantage of taking this supplement, which has three forms of fiber, as opposed to taking Swanson's psyllium husks. Once I finish this bottle, I'll go back to the Swanson psyllium husks.

If you hate powders
I like this because I hate the taste of the powder fiber drinks.This is a great idea the apple pectin also works as a kind of fat burner also. Great product all around.

My husband uses most days and finds it effective, but needs more than recommended if his daily food fiber intake is low. Three types of fiber are better than one. It's especially convenient when travelling.

Great product!
I have been taking these for about 6 months now. Really good product and great price ! I do also take a probiotic along with fiber. The pills are on the larger side but well worth taking. I know I am doing something good for my body when I take these pills.
