excellent fiber product
I have been using this product for more than 10 years and I think it's excellent. I have referred several friends to it as well. Everyone likes it. It's gentle, not like a laxative at all. Three types of fiber, including oat fiber, so probably good for your heart as well. I can't be without this product, I take one with every meal.

Back to Psyllium Husks
I don't see an advantage of taking this supplement, which has three forms of fiber, as opposed to taking Swanson's psyllium husks. Once I finish this bottle, I'll go back to the Swanson psyllium husks.

If you hate powders
I like this because I hate the taste of the powder fiber drinks.This is a great idea the apple pectin also works as a kind of fat burner also. Great product all around.

effective product
My husband uses most days and finds it effective, but needs more than recommended if his daily food fiber intake is low. Three types of fiber are better than one. It's especially convenient when travelling.
