This works
I have tried many different products equivalent to the product Saw Palmetto, none work as well. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening - I have beed doing this for many, many years.....with satisfaction. I find that the Swanson product is the most effective, and the value is most acceptable.
I highly recommend the product - note that for me it took about a month before I realized an improvement. According to my physician, this is normal and acceptable.

Best value, very effective

Boatload
I used to take saw palmetto but research in the past few years has shown one would need to eat a boat load of saw palmetto to receive the amount of Beta Sitosterol complex needed to affect the prostate. I would look for this complex and fore go this stuff. Life Extension Foundation and others have gone to this. Do not waste your money.

Didn't work for me.
This product didn't really work on me but not all supplements work for everybody so I will continue to try other Swanson products until I find one that works . I purchase all my supplements from Swanson and I am very satisfied with them overall.

Swanson Saw Palmetto
This is another one of those supplements that I take on again/off again, and now that I am almost 50, I think that I will stay ON it. I don't really know if it is doing anything for the better, but I figure that I don't want to take that chance. Every little bit might help at this point and besides it is at a much lower price than anywhere else!
