I was pleased to see this product was changed from a soy oil base to MCT oil with sunflower lecithin. A good change, and I will continue buying this one now. Reasonably priced compared to other brands.

I have been taking Royal Jelly for years now and this product is almost twice the strength at half the price that I have been getting it for. Swanson has quite a few types of Royal Jelly I think next order I want to try the Honey with the bee pollen and Royal Jelly in it, I love all the choices that this company offers. I will continue to get this product though, It is a gel cap and so much easier to take that the one I have been taking.

Unless you have a bee product allergy (?), this is one I would highly recommend to just about everyone, it's that good for you.
Worth reading up on to see what I mean.

I've known about Royal Jelly all my life. Everything I've ever heard or read about Royal Jelly says it's a powerful life-force superfood. Before I ever knew about it in capsules, I was aware of it in the standard, thick, pasty honey form in jars, and it was expensive.
Since Royal Jelly is so precious, it is reserved for the Queen Bee. From what I've learned over the decades, if the Queen Bee dies, the bees can feed Royal Jelly to a drone and turn it into a Queen Bee. Now that's some life-force superfood as far as I'm concerned.
I've also read and learned over the decades that Royal Jelly is not just for females. Somehow the drone bee's system is miraculously able to utilize Royal Jelly's nutritional factors in that manner; however, we're not bees. The biochemical workings of our systems are unique to humans, just as the bee's are to bees.
That being said, I have also read lots and lots how significantly Royal Jelly is able to contribute to one's energy, vitality, and wellness. I've tried it, used it on and off for decades, and I believe it. I say on and off, because I'll be cruising along in great shape, and I'll neglect to keep ordering it. No harm no foul. It will come to my attention at some point, and I'll get another bottle.
I find this Swanson Premium Royal Jelly 1,000 mg. capsule product to be the best price, as well as most convenient / ideal / effective Royal Jelly in pill form.
Give it a try. It's fit for a Queen or a King. Works for me.

This product is the best value I have been able to find in a high potency Royal Jelly. I especially like the way it helps preserve my hair color. I noticed more white hairs appearing when I stopped taking it, that trend slowed up when I again included Royal Jelly and Copper on a daily basis.

Good 'natural' source of energy. I take two in the morning #instead of one#, and I can notice the difference. Royal Jelly is also loaded with all kinds of antioxidants. Why let the Queen Bees have all the fun!

I'm 39 and have had several strands of grey mixing in with my brown hair since I was about 33. I don't dye my hair and didn't want to start now. I started taking one Royal Jelly pill a day and my grey hairs turned a copper color; much better than grey. Later, I started taking Fo-ti, which turned my hair even darker.

I just took royal jelly for the first time and shortly afterwards suffered from severe allergy and asthma symptoms. Evidently this is not uncommon and I think there should be some type of warning for those with allergies and asthma. Do your research!
