Reishi Mushroom
I used to drink an instant black coffee that included Ganoderma (Reishi) mushroom. It was a fine product, but expensive. When the company raised the price again, I stopped buying it. I looked in the Swanson catalog and found the mushroom and ordered it. I take a capsule and drink a cup of my regular coffee and get the same result and I'm saving a lot of money. Thank you, Swanson.

Working?
I am not sure if it is working or not, but I will continue to take it because of the health benefits of reishi (antioxidants). I have taken another brand that was supposed to be high quality extract and didn't really feel any difference either. Swanson's is cheaper and seems to be of good quality, so I think I'll probably just stick with their brand from now on.

Very good value
I'm not an expert on Reishi, but this seems quite good. I used about 3 caps per day for several weeks to give it a chance. Reishi is shen or yin energy, so don't expect a strong rush. It comes on slow, but rest assured it's health benefits are there in the background. I haven't tried Swanson's Reishi Extract, so can not compare it with that.
