Great size
I like how this product is a larger size so I don't have to reorder it so often. My son can't taste it if it's baked into muffins or peanut butter balls.

Not the same Lecithin as it was
I've used this lecithin for years and it was excellent quality. It was moist, nutty flavor, golden color with great texture and taste. However, the last two containers I received were terrible...couldn't eat it and threw them out.
The granules were now orange in color, much smaller in size, very dry (turned powdery in the mouth) and tasted terrible. It was like no lecithin I've ever encountered and I've used many brands over the last 28 years (before settling on the Swanson).
I stll like and shop Swanson - but I'm staying away from this stuff.

Very helpful
I love this product. I've tried lechitin capsules before, but they didn't contain 100% lechitin. This product can be sprinkled on cereal, gravy, etc and it seemes to have helped my memory and ability to focus. Very good price too. Thank you

I Mix with water and Pure Vitamin C Powder
a touch of baking soda for ph balance mix well. Makes absorption faster and easier.

so sad you've changed this product :(
the first two times i purchased this product i was 100% satisfied... now that you've changed manufacturers (according to customer service) i am totally disappointed. i got crumbs... rather than granules... bottom of the barrel crumbs and a brownish color rather than the creamy yellowish white like the first orders. i will not be purchasing these lecithin granules from swanson again :( sad thing is you don't know if/when they change manufacturers from one time to the next??

Better value than Now Brand and just as good. I can't tell any difference between the two brands. This is top quality.

Tastes Great
Everyone who can read, knows the benefits of Lecithin. But, never cared for the taste. Then I tried Swanson's. I can put it in yogurt, dry cereal and even a milk shake and it's wonderful. Great price, too

Tastes rancid
I have been buying this lecithin for quite some time and always appreciated the fresh taste. This latest batch is darker in color. It tastes and smells rancid to me. Hopefully this is just a bad batch.

I put this in everything from smoothies to salads to sprinkling it on soups or other foods...just any way you want to do it in order to consume this very high quality NON-GMO Lecithin!!! It doesn't alter the taste of anything you put it on or in...but you sure do reap the wonderful benefits from it!!!

Lecithin
I love that this is granular in nature and easy to add to food or to a small amount of water. It's easy to swallow either way and doesn't add anything negative to the taste of food.
