middle of the night
I often wake up in the middle of the night and one eye dropper of this liquid puts me right back into a deep sleep. A wonderful product that works every time.

very good
The liquid passion flower of Swanson works very well. It takes away nervess feeling. I take 1g when needed. Think the liquid works better than the capsules. Also easy to take. I put it in the refrigerator against spoil, because of the non-alcohol inside (which is great). Don't know how long it will last otherwise.

Great product
There are times that I have a lot of things that are running threw my minds before bedtime, taking this product will help me relax enough to fall asleep.

Better than valerian!
I used to have diffculty sleeping until I learned about passion flower extract. I immediately looked into to the only source for my dietary supplement purchases, Swanson, and ordered one. I take the drops in the evening and now am a happy and sound sleeper. I had tried chamomile and valerian but to no avail.
I bragged about it so much that my mom and my friends are using it.

Recommend this product
I purchased this product in hopes that it would help me to go to sleep without being groggy in the morning. I think it does the job. I take it awhile before going to bed and it helps me to relax and feel sleepy. When I take it I usually sleep good and I do not feel groggy in the morning. Even though this product does not taste good, it works so I'm going to continue using it.

Passion Fruit extract
I have been using this product for over a year and it works wonderfully. I drop 6 - 10 drops under my tongue 20 min. before going to sleep and it helps me relax. It helps me fall asleep and calm down. The taste is not bitter. To me, it tastes like fig fruit juice.

Love the convenience
This is a great, fast-acting passion flower extract. I like it better than taking tablets. However this stuff tastes like tobacco liquid. I will keep using this because the price is great and I add a liquid fruit extract to it, but there is another brand out there that has a tart flavor I like better -- just for the taste.

no words to discribe how effective tis product is,i have already order so mmuchh so i wont runn out too great to live without now tried so many orther things but this is rocking you to sweet dreams really fast,and waking up very fresh for morning jog.
