USP vitamin E, thus high quality.
However, i made a mistake. This vitamin E is esterified.
I prefer to use unesterified vitamin E.
I will send back this product to Swansons.

Best Vitamin E!!!
I love this vitamin E, I have tried many in the past and sincerely Swanson has the best!! I take it for my skin and hair and also apply the gel oil on my face once in a while. It helps with the dryness. I highly recommend this product, it's of good quality. You will notice it in just a few days.

Very good, but not the best
The oil is excellent, but the softgel has a little bit unpleasant smell of chemicals.

Natural vitamin e
Even doctors and the AMA now concede that vitamin e is important for our health, and it is accepted as one of the vital antioxidants. It makes sense to me to make sure I'm getting the 400 mg I need daily by taking one capsule before bedtime. Swanson's natural e is well-priced and I'll continue to take it every night.
