Energizing! I like this Swanson Vitamin E.d-alpa tocopheryl acetate, which means it is natural and superior to the "dl" type which is synthetic vitamin E. Many studies indicate it reduces menopausal symptoms as well as being a great antoxident. I like small size which is easy to swallow too. I take one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. . August 26, 2009
