Easy to take Milk Thistle
There are not too many places where you can purchase liquid milk thistle and when I saw this on Swanson, I had to purchase it. It makes taking Milk Thistle so easy as you can easily mix it in juice or water.

A DROPPER FULL INSTEAD OF CAPSULES
We all know that Milk Thistle has a long, successful history of being very good for the Liver. A reputation well deserved. One can read about it everywhere from the material that accompanies all the Milk Thistle products here on Swanson's website to articles all over the internet. In a nutshell, it is general knowledge that Milk Thistle cleans off / detoxifies the Liver. The Liver is the only organ that can rebuild itself - - - if it stops taking abuse and starts receiving therapeutic care. I just finished writing a review of Swanson's Superior Herb Milk Thistle capsules, Standardized at 80% to 250 mg. of Silymarin. You might want to click over and read that review.
Now, here we have this terrific Liquid Milk Thistle Extract in a 1 ounce dropper bottle. It is both alcohol and sugar free. Easy to use, and no real taste interference with your healthy drink to which you add a dropper full. Here is yet another way to eliminate capsules and tablets. I have a dropper full of Milk Thistle, along with 4 other herbs by the dropper full, in my Super Vege Cocktail every morning. Talk about easy, convenient, and user-friendly. . . . This is it. Something as important as Milk Thistle definitely needs to be taken every single day, and the easier the better. This is really easy.

MILK THISTLE LIQUID EXTRACT
MY DAUGHTER WHO STUDIES NUTRITION ADVISED ME TO START TAKING MILK THISTLE. I DECIDED ON THE SWANSON MILK THISTLE AND ADDED IT TO MY TEA. I'VE NEVER ENJOYED DRINKING TEA AS MUCH AS I DO NOW.....IT MAKES IT DELICIOUS! I'D PUT IT IN EVERY CUP OF TEA IF I COULD AND IF IT HELPS CLEANSE MY LIVER THAT'S ANOTHER PLUS. I LOVE IT!

Unsure
Not really sure if this product is helping me. I have tried for a month and haven't seen any difference. I was told to try to help with hot flashes. Don't seem to be helping much.

Good value
I bought this product to use in cosmetic formulations, and chose it because it is alcohol- and sugar-free as well as affordable. I cannot evaluate its impact yet, as I am only using it for 1 week.

Too Potent
Tried this and made me sick, think it was too potent at one drop for me.

I prefer my supplements in liquid form if available. This does the job. It doesn't taste too bad if watered down a bit, or mixed with something you like to drink. I mix it with vitamin C powder and arginine powder and Cell Food and water. Now there's a drink with a nice kick! I wish the price per dose would be closer to what the pills are.

If you look in any supplement book it recommends this product. I feel as though it is doing its job and it is the cheapest I have found anywhere.

This seems to be an excellently formulated product and very palatable. I wanted a healthier tincture that didn't have alcohol in it, and this is it.

I am so happy that a friend told me about Swanson because this is the best value for the price I have ever found in Liquid Milk Thistle and it is alcohol and sugar free,2000mg is the strongest I have found so keep it in stock and Iwill stick with Swanson.Thank You!
