Great purchase!!
Bought this for my daughter who has a lot of trouble sleeping all night. She takes about a half hour before bedtime and sleeps all night now. She was really impressed with it!

One or two tabs of this, before going to bed, is helpful in falling fast asleep, all night. I wake up rejuvenated.

Good Product
I work shift work 11 PM to 7 AM and I have for years. Always had sleeping problems this does help. What is good about this product is the Other Ingredients. There aren't any. They do have some, you can't make something in pill form that doesn't but this is almost pure meletonin. The only reliable supplement form I have found.

Best brand there is!
After trying many brands,this swansons melatonin is the best. The price is great and it really works. I always order at least four bottles with every order. My entire family benefits from this great swanson product

Excellent value.
I have been taking melatonin for many years. Three mg. is the basic dose for middle aged people, when the pineal gland starts to slow down. It is a very small tablet that packs many benefits.

Swanson Melatonin
I do shift work and have always struggled with consistent sleep patterns. Can't beat the Swanson price! Highly recommend. I take 1 30-60 minutes before bed.

I am convinced that Swanson produces quality
this product ( Melatolin) is remarkable!.. This worked well even on the first night.. One pill is all it took. I have no complaints..I am definitly buying again at swansons

Great product
This product is terrific. Our family prefers the melatonin in the 3mg versus the higher 10mg potency offered by swanson because the 10mg contains magnesium stearate which we try to stay away from. This one however has rice flour which we dont mind. If we need 10mg we just take 3 and is just as effective. The price is really great too, its super affordable.

Works great
I use Swanson Premium Melatonin every night during the winter months. It works great, and I have a good night's sleep which is sometimes hard for women in their 40s.

Nature's little helper
I have been using Melatonin as a supplement for a couple of years. I do not like to take large doses. This seems to be the key to relaxing my body and clearing my mind to prepare to drift off to sleep. I take it about an hr before going to bed and do make sure not to be active or overly stimulated during that time.

I take 3 a night and they put me right out. I've since gone up to the 10 mg doses. I also take extra gaba with it as well.

Great product & great price!
Not all Melatonin supplements are created equal! My husband had tried another brand & it didn't work for him. He was leery of trying it again, but I convinced him to try a different brand. He only uses it on nights that he has trouble falling asleep & within less than 30 minutes, he's asleep.
