Calcium & Mineral Supplement
The calcium and mineral supplement that I had been taking for 20 years was discontinued. This is the only formula on the market that I could find as a replacement. I'm very pleased with it as I am with the other Swanson products that I have been using. This is a high quality product that works. Thank you Swanson!!!!!

I haven't been using it long enough to see the results. I think it's very convenient combination of important daily vitamins and minerals. Although the tablet is very difficult to swallow even with water: it is large and rough. The size probably wouldn't matter for easy swallowing, if it wasn't rough. Another thing is, because of Zinc, it makes one nauseous, if taken on an empty stomach, as directed. Although I like the fact that Zinc's daily dose is included here. But if you buy Zinc separately, instructions say that it mustn't be taken on an empty stomach. So, I take this megaminerals just before breakfast: I get a little nausea, but it goes away quickly.

all of your mineral needs!
I like this product because of the daily values that it has - you can get all of your mineral needs from this supplement - especially your calcium! Since I don't like taking too many pills multiple times a day, a multi-mineral with this much calcium was definitely a plus for me! The only complaint that I have is that I didn't realize the size of the bill before I bought them. I tend to gag a little trying to swallow them down - however, that's also the price I guess I need to pay for not wanting to take multiple pills all day!

Wrong type of magnesium
This product has magnesium oxide in it, which can cause diarrhea in some people. Had to stop taking it.
