Helpful Product
I finally found a product that works for me. This really helps with my joints and mobility. When I first tried this product I was not sure it would help. But when I ran out and it was a month before I could order more, I really felt the difference. I have tried other brands but Swanson Vitamins give me more for my dollars and their products are wonderful.

Good supplement for everyone
I've been using Glucosamine for many years and the one from Swanson is excellent. Good support for your joints. I wouldn't be without it.

I am pleased with the results of what Mega Glucosamine is doing for my knees.
One suggestion. Since I take multiple items it would be helpful if your caplets had identifying marks/numbers/symbols on them to identiy what particular item is being taken.

Price and Product GREAT!
I have been taking this product for years and even the holistic healer I go to states this product is fine by him (and he sells high quality supplements). The price is so much better than you can get at a local health food shop

Glucosamine
My sister sent me an article about joint products and Glucosamine was rated as the best. This form is also the most absorbed form of Glucosamine. (Stay away from Glucosamine HCL)
I think the multi-supplement joint products, with MSM and/or Condroitin are unnecessarily expensive.
I've noticed a difference when I run out of this product, so I've decided to continue taking this daily.

Best advise given to me
Glucosamine Saulfate 750 mg. was recomended to by my chiropractor and I found that Swanson Premium Brand Mega Glucosamine 750 works well for me.
