Gotta Have My Magnolia!
I "discovered" Magnolia bark while working in an herbal store. I answered a phone call from someone looking for it. Sadly, at the time we were unable to be of assistance, nor was it anything I had heard about. The plaintive if not desperate sound of the callers voice haunted me and I set out to do my homework. What I learned about the assistance that people of "a certain age" or stress level might find set me on a course to get it for myself.. I order two at a time now as I can tell the difference when I do not have it Thanks Swanson for making it available!

magnolia bark
swanson vitamins ships extremely fast and their products are wonderful. I was having difficulty sleeping and thought I would try their magnolia bark capsules . I went from getting 3-4 hours of sleep without taking the magnolia bark to getting 6-8 hours of sleep when i take the capsules. It has really helped me sleep better and in turn I am less tired the next day and over all have more energy and feel healthier.

Great Sleep Aid
I've been using this product for a few months and noticed that it does help me get a deeper more restful sleep; I'm not waking up at 3:00 AM anymore.
I take two tablets about one hour before bed.

I heard about this on a Dr TV show and it really does work. When I cannot shut my brain off at night it calms me and helps me to sleep through the night.

I am satisfied with this product but I do however prefer 5-HTP TR. My spouse prefers this.

Compliments Hormone Essentials
I have been taking Hormone Essentials for years for my menopausal needs. This was recommended to me as something to help with mood swings/irritability. I have added this to my Hormone Essentials & extra Black Cohosh. I've been taking it for one month and I seem to feel a little calmer. The Magnolia Bark combined with the other two supplements I mentioned have really helped. I don't have "night sweats" at all any more and very few "hot flashes".I am happy with the performance of these supplements!

Pretty satisfied
Seems to work pretty well, but it's very strong.
If I take a whole capsule I feel funny.
I open the capsule and dump out most of it.
A 100 mg size would be great.
