Magnesium Taurate is scientifically designed I'm really impressed with this supplement. The tablets are large but easy to swallow with a mouthful of water. The key to magnesium taurate is the mixture of amino acid taurine with magnesium. Magnesium helps to regulate taurine & taurine can substitute for magnesium when magnesium is deficient. April 7, 2013
HUGE CHALKY TABLETS...hard to swallow I take magnesium twice a day and these are a good value, BUT These tablets are very large and difficult to swallow. They are dry and chalky and ALWAYS get stuck in my throat...ouch! I won't be repurchasing this particular magnesium. March 11, 2013

Magnesium Taurate Since I can't make any medical claims you will have to do your own research on Magnesium and Taurine. I highly Recommended the book Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Dean. In her book both of these nutrients are reported to support heart health. And being in one supplement makes it easy to use both. I urge everyone to do your own research on Magnesium.
