Excellent supplement I have been taking this small, easy to swallow capsule for several years and, according to my opthamologist, have very healthy eyes. That could just be genetics but I think it's due to the Lutein. What more could you ask for in a supplement than that it appears to do what it's advertised to do and that it's small and easy to swallow. A good choice on my part. March 10, 2013
