Good Product
Non GMO is important to me and I like what lecithin does for my smoothies. It also adds a satisfaction to the fullness I feel when I using it. It is part of my daily nutrition. I think this is a great value.

A Good Product
I started using this product because of its NON GMO
rating and so far I am quite satisfied with it. It is a good product and a good value.
The one thing that I do not care for is that there is a considerable amount of powder in the container which is very hard to mix with orange juice. I would prefer that it be only granules without the powder or at least a lot less powder than the 3 lbs contains.
I have recomended Swanson's Vitamins and Supplements to many of my friends and also to many aquaintances. Many of which have told me they are happy with the products.

Lecithin granules review
These granules have a nutty taste I enjoy. My preference is granules, not liquid nor capsules. Each morning with my juice I take about one tablespoon.
Used to purchase from GNC, however they are much more expensive than Swanson. The Swanson cost for three pounds is much less than any place else I have searched.

very good
i got the lecithin granules in the large size for convenience. we use a lot of lecithin in our family for a healthy addition to foods and to our meals. This lecithin was very fresh and had a very nice texture it wasnt powdery like some can be.

Excelent Product
These Lecithin Granules are an excelent Product. Very high quality. They have gotten even better since they are now NON-GMO!! I use this product for the MULTIPLE benefits it produces and am very pleased with the results. It is a VERY EFFECTIVE "old school" product.

love it, but
I would love it more if it came as a refill: a plastic BAG, not a plastic JAR. I could just refill my smaller decanter, and not have this huge jar taking up space. Thank you!

Love it!
I bought this after reading it's benefits for other users. I had no real expectations and was open to experience. Now, I can't not have it! It's NON-GMO, AWESOME!! It tastes good, it actually makes what I put it in 'creamy' tasting, but nothing like a milk product. Being vegan I've really enjoyed adding it to my homemade nut milk, and to a glass of Kombucha. It's takes the acidic taste natural to Kombucha down a notch and makes it yummier, but I am already in love with my Kombucha, so that's saying something! As far it's benefits, while I can't state exactly, well, anything, I can say I feel better when I have it. HIGHLY recommend this prodcut, and only from Swansons. :)

A Healthy Fat
I use Lecithin granules in place of fat.
For example, I mix 2 tblspns lecithin with
3 tblspns water and a little salt. Mix and use
in place of butter on bread. It's delicious,
healthy, and low calorie.
I throw some in any dish that needs a fat
texture with the same benefits.
I wouldn't be without it.
I use Swanson's for economy, but I prefer NOW's granules. They are a brighter yellow and my "butter" mixture thickens more with NOW'S.

great stuff!!
I have been trying to improve my mother's (she's 93) nutrition since she started living with me recently. Adding a tablespoon or so of lecithin to her smoothies really ups the vitamin content, as well as providing healthy fats. It also makes the smoothies creamy...I even add it to my homemade chocolate ice cream!

Great Quality, Reliability, and Price!
I rely on a specific ingredient found in lecithin for my personal physical needs. I have taken Swanson Premium Lecithin Granules daily for many months, but recently I switched to another reputable brand. After taking the other brand for about a week, I could tell my system was not getting what it needs. In comparing product ingredient labels, I found the other product contains only 21% of the specific ingredient I rely on as compared with that found in the Swanson's product! I had to take five times the dosage to get the same effect! I will definitely stay with Swanson's!!!

Best Lecithin I've Found
I've tried many different brands of lecithin granules and most have a rancid taste or a strong smell but Swanson Brand lecithin always tastes and smells fresh. I use it every day in my smoothies to give it a creamy milkshake quality.

This mixes in liquid so well that you just can't tell it is there. No taste, no texture, no yuckyness. There is enough in the jar to last about seven months when used as directed. It is very economical.
Because it is Swanson, I know that what it says is in there; is in there.

Non-GMO lecithin at a great value
Most lecithin is made from soy. Most soy is GMO (genetically modified organism.) There is debate about possible health risks with GMO so I avoid putting it in my body. It was diffucult finding non-GMO lecithin. When found it was very expensive. Swanson Vitamins has regular lecithin and non-GMO. The 3 pound can is very economical. I believe that lecithin helps me deal with fats. I think it is helpful for the nervous system. I have used this product for several weeks and am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend it.

Great tasting
Product has excellent consistency and tastes great. Mixes well in cereal especially warm. OK in smoothies and yogurt.
