good product
I have tried several sleep help products. Most of them worked good for me BUT left me feeling out of touch and groggy in the AM. This natural product works good for me and I wake up refreshed and ready to start my day.

I take it at night when I fell I will have difficulty falling asleep. It allows me to relax and have a good night's rest. I use it often.

Helps me sleep
I have been taking this for several months now and it helps me to fall sleep faster. I am very thankful for that. I tried the higher priced versions and am very thankful that Swanson's works and is lower priced.

This keeps me calm
I have been taking this for several years now. I used to take it in the morning, because it helps elevate my mood and keep me calm.
However, about a year ago, I learned that it can also help me get to sleep and stay asleep, which I have had a problem with for many years. Since I started taking it at bedtime, I go to sleep much easier and stay asleep through the night.

Does what I hoped it would do
I have used this along with the 10mg Melatonin - both from Swanson. 2 for 1 deals make it an even greater value. Doesn't "put" me to sleep, but certainly helps me "get" to sleep once abed. I sleep soundly through the night and wake refreshed.

worth a try
I've had sleeping issues for years and tried many different supplements. This one seems to be working better than some of the others I've tried. I would recommend trying; some things work better for one person than another.

L-Tryptophan?
...I think not. I used L-tryptophan before it was banned from the public. It was the best sleep aid ever and I am shocked that Swanson has even called this L-tryptophan because even twice the dose had no effect. I sent it back, but three weeks later they say they haven't received it. Apparently it takes 6 weeks before you get refunds from them, so that order was my last!

I'm so thankful for tryptophan and Swanson's is such a good value. Why buy a more expensive brand when this one works just the same? A good night's rest is in reach!

Good product
I am satisfied with this purchase. I usually take two capsules at night and I do get a restful night's sleep. I wake up feeling good and alert in the mornings.
