Good product, great price
I'm on medication that has a side effect of thinning hair. I read about Horsetail and I've been taking it for a couple of weeks. It's too early to tell but my husband thought my hair was looking better.

amazing results
After 6 mos of use, my hair became noticeably thicker and shinier. Also, my eyelashes are longer and thicker, my fingernails are stronger and longer, and my skin is smoother and glowy. Stronger Nails

Universally Needed Supplement
Swanson horsetail helps me tremendously with mineral metabolism. I notice a big difference in the absorption of calcium, magnesium, and other minerals. I feel stronger; my bones feel stronger. We still have freedom of speech in this country. Correct?

Silica will probably never be called one of the top supplements to take. However, whenever I STOP taking it, I can notice the difference. It's always been one of those supplements that I take, don't take, take, don't take, for whatever reason. Now that I'm back to taking it, I love it again. I do see a difference in my hair and nails, as I always do. And Swansons brand is soooo cheap, and sooo worth it!

Magnesium Stearate-Free Version, please!
Good product and it seems to help my hair a little bit. The label says it may contain magnesium stearate, though, which is why I have a hard time recommending this.

Seems to Help
When I remember to take the product, I seem to be more effective. I would prefer that it were available in liquid form since I take SO many capsules and pills already.
