THE GRADUATE PROGRAM
Because my three daughters in college didn't want to take iron due to what they felt were sensitive stomach and/or constipation issues, we decided on this excellent multiple formula without iron. They do well on it with no distress of any kind, and they feel like they are taking something worthwhile. I don't know if it is because there is no iron in the formula, or because the product is in liquid form inside a softgel capsule for easier digestion and utilization. . . . But no matter; it works well for them, and they are happy with it. Since we go through at least six or more every day, we graduated up to this 240 capsule size from the 120 size that we originally started out with. More convenient.
Nice product. If you are looking for a multiple, you might want to give this one a try. It's hard to beat, and Swanson's price on a product this good can't be beat.

Great product
I like this product better than the whole foods multi because it's a softgel. I think it gives me a big more energy than normal too.

GREAT MULTI-VITAMIN
I do take supplements other than this, but this is my basic full coverage multi-vitamin. Very inclusive; contains all of the essentials I feel that I need, and best of all, only two easy-to-swallow soft gels per day. These are slightly smaller than the fish oil gels that I take. On days when I am far too rushed to take everything, these are the first (and sometimes the only) supplement I take. I feel that I have covered all the bases when I take this supplement. I trust Swanson's quality control and have never been disappointed with their excellent prices or service.

We use this vitamin once a day. 2 softgels.

Swanson Premium High Potency Softgel Multi Iron Fr
I will turn 60 years old this year and have been taking multi vitamins for almost all of those years. This is by far the best vitamin I have ever used. I have been taking these for probably the last 8 years and they really make a difference. Love Swanson vitamins!

Execellent Multi
I purchased this one because my family likes soft gels. We also don't like to have iron added to our vitamin supplement due to health reasons. This works well for us. I really like that it is a liquid gel because I know that I'm more likely to absorb the nutrients that it provides.

Good value for the price
I had been using NOW multiVitamins prior to fining these and they are very comparable. I use the creatine from Swanson so it is easy to purchase both from the same supplier.

Best Multi Ever!
We really love this multi, as it is a great all around suppliment, and the best thing is, it doesn't seem to bother your tummy the way some vitamins can. One of my family members has a difficult time finding a good multi that doesn't give him trouble with nausea, and he can't say enough about this particular multi. We love Swanson!

i like soft gels because they digest better than a hard pill. i dont get indigestion from these vitamins, as i have with others. when you look at the prices on supplements, these are an exceptional bargain.

Really really works!
Over the years I've take a fair number of different multivitamins, and these are the only ones that really make a difference that I can feel. After only 3 or 4 days I could feel the difference in my energy level, vitality, and overall sense of well-being.
When the first bottle ran out, I switched back to another multi - it was no illusion, others just can't compare in my book. I'm sticking with these from now on. Give 'em a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Our multi-vitamin
We have been Swanson customers for many years, as well as many of our friends and all of our children. We have taken the High Potency Soft Gel for years and would highly recommend it to others.

Covers all the bases
This is a good value in a soft gel form. It has more than you need and you don't have to choke down 8 of them a day.

Naturally the Best
I used to take the "silver" version of some popular multi vitamin until a friend turned me on to the Swanson brand. There is no comparison just in the potency and absorbtion of the softgel multi alone. Like all Swanson products it is very easy on the system and the pocket book.

Easy to swallow
I had trouble swallowing other large vitamins due to some throat surgery a few years ago. These gel caps are definitely easy to get down. A great product!
