Prostrate Assistance
This is a product that I have taken for many years now. I feel comfortable taking it and I feel the quality of the Saw Palmetto and other ingredients are of effective quality. I take the product daily and feel very confident that it is being effective in what it proposes to do for the prostrate.

Fair Effectiveness
Usually 1 - 2 hours after taking, you have to go to the bathroom. Its effectivess lasts for only 4-6 hours.

Good, but not the best
This formula makes a difference, but not quite as good as the straight Swanson brand Saw Palmetto that I've been getting.

Just what hubby needed.

I have been taking the Herbal Prostrate Combination for a number of months along with my Flomax and it has helped. I take 2 in the morning and 2 more at bed time.I feel that this is a good product and it is helping me.

Having tried various saw palmetto products, I finally found this one with pygeum as well. This stuff really works, making a very noticeable improvement.

switching to Beta Sitosterol
I have been using this product for awhile and like the other reviewer, I don't know whether it's working or not. However, I can say honestly that i continue to wake up and urinate every 2-3 hours every night and i am only 53.
I just read that the active ingredient in Saw Palmetto is Beta Sitosterol. Therefore, I am switching to Beta Sitosterol now. Will see if this reduces the frequency of urination.

excellent combo
There are many prostate formulas out there and I picked this one because I'd rather have higher doses with less items instead of small doses of many. All three of the ingredients in this formula are good for prostate health. But to be honest, I don't really know if it's helping me or not. I just figured it was because the ingredients are known to be good for me. At 66 years of age, I just want a little insurance.
