Very Happy
I have been taking Hair, Skin and Nails for 5 months now and I will definitely continue. My nails are beautiful. They are thick and tough! My hair has gotten thicker and people are always commenting how pretty it is. It is growing faster, also. I have already gotten it cut once for Locks of Love. My skin has been the least noticeable but I do notice less wrinkles!

Great Product
I take Swanson Premium Hair, Skin & Nails & Swanson Ultra Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen Type 1 after reading reviews how both products helped with noticeable hair growth so I gave them a try. After a few days my hair looks thicker & I think a little more than before. I take pictures every few days and the change is noticeable. The price is very reasonable and I plan to always use this supplement for part of my wellness routine.

I'm not sure about results?
I haven't been taking the vitamins for a long enough time to recognize a major difference in my hair. The only downfall is their smell, which is common with vitamins.

Works very well when taken with Megadoses of Msm. My nails and hair have never looked better! Skin has improved a lot as well, but this may be because of the Msm. Am in my early 30s and have better skin, hair & nails than I did as a teenager. Highly recommend!

I have taken several types of hair & nail vitamins and none of them worked. This one really works I've been taking it for about 30 days and my nails are stronger and my hair seems to be growing a bit faster. Will definitely continue taking this supplement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hair/nail supplement that works.

IT WORKS
I got a very short haircut and wanted it to grow out quick and really was impressed as to how quick it grew back. Over an inch each month. The bonus was my skin looked younger as well but the nails do grow in really fast as well as hair on legs. I shop around a lot and the price was great.

I've never had nails like the rest of my family until now. After about a month of using Hair, Skin, Nails I noticed that all of a sudden I really had nails! They no longer were chipping and cracking. What a wonderful thing. My hair is also thicker. I would recommend this to anyone who needs stronger hair, nails and great skin.

Faster Nail Growth
I have noticed my nails grow faster and stronger while I'm using this supplement. I'm not sure it does a lot for my hair as I haven't really noticed much difference. The only negative about this product is the way it smells. Yuck! I have to hold my nose to take it because it really grosses me out. I wish they could coat the pill with something so the smell wouldn't be noticed.

Swanson hair skin and nails vitamin seem to be as good as other brand I have taken before. The is great the reason I switched, only be on them for a month , but so for so good.

Great product!
I tried this last fall. Over the holiday rush I forgot to reorder and went without for about a month. Noticed a huge difference in the growth rate of my hair and nails, and also the thickness of my hair. This will be one the products I won't do without!

I had an exceptional buy with this product, buy one get one free because I bought a similar one from another company and they charged an outrageous amount for the same thing. As we get older and deal with stressful situations we need a little extra help with all the above, so by taking 2 a day, (morning and evening) it gives a little boost ! This is truly Effective
