Surprise value
You take one capsule a day and it helps with my "feel good" feeling. I have no after taste and its easy to remember to take. I just feel good nonetheless when I take this supplement. Plus you receive your products quickly, you can't beat that.

Awesome combination!!
WOW! Will I ever get to the point where I am NOT surprised with Swanson's value and quality?!! This one is definitely a keeper, in my opinion! Started this just a couple of weeks ago, along with Swanson's Moringa Oleifera, (another AWESOME MUST HAVE),, and I feel just great! Yesterday was my 51st birthday, and I had been feeling a little more drained of energy in the past few months! Well, Swanson's to MY rescue! I researched the Moringa myself, but have always counted on the extensive research that I already KNOW each product has had here at Swanson's! Needless to say, I may be 50 something, but I look and FEEL like a 30 something! Coujpled with some daily form of exercise and a good diet to start with, and you've got yourself a little SECRET WEAPON against all of the free radicals that are in our every day life! I would also like to say, this could very well be MY anti-aging secret! Only my opinion, but I think you should try this one with the Moringa yourself! Combination with Grapeseed
Truthfully, I don't know as I would order this particular product again.
I have taken Grapeseed for 12 years, since I bought it for my grandson. I never give a child what I haven't taken myself, so, I took them and immediately loved the way I felt.
I can't tell any difference in this combination of Grapeseed, Green Tea, and Pine Bark and Grapeseed Extract alone, but love that they were priced so I could give them a try. Just Another reason why I love Swanson.

You don't know it's working until you've stopped
I took this just to provide myself some 'protection'. I stopped because I didn't feel or see any improvement. After about a week, I noticed I wasn't feeling my best. So I started taking it again. To my surprise, I started feeling better again. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to have something work from the inside.

caffeine problems?
Bought this to get some good antioxidants, but had to quit. I felt good after taking them in the morning, but was getting tired and getting bad headaches/migraines every afternoon/evening. It took me a while, but discovered it was probably the cause. (Have been doing better since I stopped.) It must have had enough caffeine to cause me problems, as I am a migraine sufferer. Well, I guess my husband will get the antioxidant benefits. I'm just really sensitive, I guess--most others would probably do fine.

Good stuff
I think it's pretty good stuff. The pine bark makes it a little bitter if you open it up and taste it, but that's why it's in a pill form. I can tell when I don't take it.

Excellent Product!
I've been taking this for a long time. It's wonderful because all three nutrients are in one capsule, and don't have to be purchased separately. I take up to three per day!

Great Inexpensive Burst of Energy!
Just ordered my first box of Swanson Vitamins and opened with a friend. We both took one of these small pills and was looking on the internet to see what it was for and both of us within 15 minutes thought we felt a surge of energy. The reason I purchased this one was because of a similar review like mine and was not the normal to have my friend here when I opened them. May be in our heads but for the price I will keep this one in my line of daily supplements for a while and I just so happened to buy two bottles so my friend took the other bottle home.

Difficult to rate this product
Would I recommend this product to a friend? I was forced to choose or I could not post my commnmets so I selected the "Yes" tab, but I honestly don't know the answer to that question. Yes, it's inexpensive but what STRENGTH is it? I love Swanson prices but I am usually frustrated by the lack of specific information on many of the supplements they sell, especially their own brand. One reviewer of this product wrote that they replaced Pycnogenol with this product because it contained the same ingredient for less money. But that is not true. Pycnogenol is a specific pine back extract: French Maritime Pine Bark, which is not the same as this one, which is Pinus Strobus. Also, it is always difficult to compare one product to another because they don't provide exact strengths. There is a lack of standardization. There is a difference in strengths: extracts, whole herb, leaf, bark, root, fruit, what is the extract ratio?, etc. How much EGCG is in the green tea? Are the supplements from the leaf, stem, bark, roots, fruit? In some cases, such as with tribulus, it even makes a difference where the herb was grown. I wish Swanson would provide more information about exactly what's in the supplement in terms of the effective consituents.

Feels good!
As soon as it arrived I took one and immediately I felt better. It feels cleansing all over ;you feel it go to all parts of the body and soothes, and it has a warming effect - I felt warm inside all over - it's really amazing. I feel I could take more than one , but I don't know if that's good to do - at least 2 would be good for me I think - twice as strong.

Pretty good product. I felt energized after everyday use. I generally take it at night and sleep better for some reason. You would think your metabolism would speed up and it would keep you awake, however, I have a more comfortable sleep with this product.

Off odor
The product smells stale. IMO, it may be natural oils which have turned. Sometimes grains smell this way, but altho the product is "convenient" I wonder at the freshness of the ingredients. The shelf life stamp may be a bit generous.

MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE SUPPLEMENT!!!
I'm 57, and I have been taking Grape Seed Extract for about 12 years. I honestly believe that I look, and feel, younger and healthier in many ways, than I did when I first started taking it. My husband is 61, he has been taking Grape Seed Extract since we met 7 years ago, and he is much healthier in many ways than he was when we met. If I could only take 1 supplement, it would be this one. We used to pay a lot more for plain Grape Seed Extract at a local pharmacy, but this brand, with the addition of green tea and pine bark, actually seems to work even better for us! (PS~ People believe I am 35 or 40! They can't believe it when I tell them I am 57!. Is there a relationship here? I don't know for sure... but, when people ask what is our secret, we suggest they try Grape Seed Extract.)
