We use this product to help our stomachs not get 'queasy' on the airplane rides and the amusement parks. It works for us and we like that.

COMFORTS THE STOMACH
I use Ginger Root for stomach comfort when taking my own nutritional supplements, as do members of my family. We all take from 1 to 3 Ginger Root capsules with our batch of nutritional supplements. We feel this is one of the reasons why we never have any tummy trouble after taking vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, or any other capsules, tablets, or powders. These Ginger Root capsules are great with meals, too. Very inexpensive, effective, safe digestive aid with no bad side effects.

Great Product
Ginger Root Is good for "upper respiritory / digestive system". Love the aroma of ginger. I wouldn't go without it.

It smells a bit less intense than a different brand I used to purchase which might have been because of it's potency or perhaps better capsuling - not sure.
With that said, I see no difference after replacing the other brand and this one in the overall effectiveness of the product - it did and work good!
The only one difference is the price!

Ginger Root is the best.
Ginger Root makes me feel better and comes in an easy to swallow capsule. I slept better and felt more energetic in the morning. It is definitely worth a try and I recommend it.

where is the ginger
I have shopped with Swanson for years and I dont normally have any issues with the products until now. I always like to add some ginger to my green tea, but when I put two capsule of Swanson Ginger root in my tea, it leaves a white film on top of the tea, and it tastes like there is no ginger in the tea. I tried another brand, same strength, and I couldn't believe the difference, instead of using 2 capsules, of the new brand, I had to only use 1 capsule it was that strong, and no film on the surface of the tea. Swanson has magnesium stearate in its Ginger , my new brand has nothing but pure ginger in it and I wont buy the Swanson Ginger again I'm very disappointed after being a customer for so long.

Warm & Soothing Ginger
I am glad I bought Swanson's Ginger Root. I couldn't pass up trying this out at such a great price. I purchased this for it's cardiovascular and digestive system benefits. I normally have a low body temperature and feel cold most of the time, and noticed that Ginger Root also has a body warming effect. Excellent product!

Useful in many ways
I already use fresh ginger regularly because it tastes so great, but this is so cheap I figure it is a reasonable way to make sure I get some every day. It is good for settling the stomach, supporting the liver, and many other things. Look it all up on PubMed!

Good Supplement

This is the best hing I've found for nausea. I always keep it in my purse. If I end up eating something which doesn't 'sit right', this is what I take, with great results.

Never leave home without it!
Always helps that nausea feeling you get sometimes when you travel. Also helps if you have a sensitive stomach to supplements- just take it the same time when you take them...works great. Its also inexpensive.

Very good product
