A Product That Helps Your Health ! This product is one of many that I recently purchased. Swansons has asked me to write a review. This item was delivered quickly and was sealed when received. Swanson products offer very good value for the money. All there products are quality products. However, I purchased this product because it helps to flush the liver of any toxins that you may have. With our busy day to day existence and always eating on the run I thought this product would definitely make a difference in the way I feel. Full spectrum Milk Thistle I found out the hard way that this dosage can cause side effects like diarrhea, cramping, gas, belching, etc. I am not allergic to anything I know, but obvioulsy I cannot take this product. I had no problems taking 175 mg but taking this has made me sick. June 26, 2012
