Iffy Results I have been taking this product for a year along with phosphatidyl serine to support memory and cognition. I can't say for sure they have helped, but sometimes think my recall is a little better than before I started taking them. At least I don't feel like my memory's getting worse. For a senior, that's probably significant. I plan to take it a while longer. The Swanson price for this product is very good especially with BOGO offers. April 1, 2013

I have found that the "tonic" mushrooms DO NOT work in some overnight, miraculous way, as other herbal supplements do, so I give them some time and go more by faith that they are doing what is claimed. I have been taking this 2x a day for about a month and am not really sure if I have any improved cognition. Nevertheless, if you actually look at a Lion's Mane mushroom and compare what the product in the capsule looks like, it looks like this is a quality product. So, it follows that if lion's mane does what is claimed than this product would be effective due to the seemingly good quality. December 23, 2012

good for my memory and focus After a week of taking this I've only felt a slight improvement in how my memory worked, but after 2-2 1/2 weeks things changed in terms of better focus as well. So far I have only tried gingko biloba and DHA and I've found these helpful as well. September 30, 2010
