first day happy
the first day it worked well. i felt very calm and peaceful the second and third and 4th days, it gave me a headache, so i discontinued using it. i was so disappointed because i was looking forward to the beneficial effect.

GREAT Night's Sleep!
I've been using this product for several weeks and have slept through the night consistently, for the first time in more than twenty years. I've been taking 2 capsules about 3 hours before bed time and one Passionflower capsule about an hour prior to bedtime. It is just wonderful to look forward to a peaceful, contented feeling that allows for a restful night's sleep!

AMAZING!
For almost the past year I've been waking in the middle of the night for HOURS. So frustrating. My mind won't calm down enough for me to get back to sleep---not good when I have to keep up with my three year old boy all day long! This product relaxes me the WHOLE night and I sleep like a baby! No heavy druggie feelings at all. I was taking L-Theanine to help me get back to sleep but this works sooooo much better! I pop two capsules before I lay down, I read a little bit and then off I go to never-neverland! I'm so happy, happy, happy and I'm ordering more after I finish this glowing review!

works
My husband and I take this..the first 2 days I took this I dozed off,lol,I did not expect that to happen.now I take it daily to relieve stress.my husband says it,s the best he,s ever used.

relaxes you
I love this product. I take two about 1 hour before bedtime and about 45 minutes after that I take 2 passion flower and they work together like a dream!
A good nights sleep with just 4 little natural pills.

Helps me get back to sleep
When I wake up at 3 or 4am , a couple of these and some reading for a half hour helps me fall back to sleep.
They are great to help me feel relaxed after a busy day too.

good product
i really like this product, i have trouble sleeping through the nite and this has helped me get a restful nite sleep, it calms my mind when i wake up and start to think about things i need to do. no morning grogginess no matter what time i take it, just a calming effect.

Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm has a calming effect on me but it isn't strong or intense. I'm still getting used to using it and I sometimes feel drowsy the next day (this is par for me since I'm kind of sensitive to things like this).

My Husband's Favorite....
My husband has a very stressful career (Stock Market). He swears by this Lemon Balm. He says it's the only thing that allows him to relax, have a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed, without any type of drowsy or draggy feeling... unlike anything else he's tried. He'll take 2, about an hour or so before bedtime. Sometimes, when his day is especially stressful, he'll take one during the day. We're very happy with this product. Thank you, Swanson for providing such a lovely product at a reasonable price.

Lemon Balm aka Melissa
My upper nostril was filling with thick mucous, repeatedly...I was ok otherwise. I took 1 lemon balm, 500 mg of Lysine (SW269) and some B6 (maybe 5mg). Within a few hours the problem disappeared, didn't come back and no other symptoms developed.

Excellent sleep aide
I take this with melatonin and find it helps me fall asleeep and stay asleep. I have never had an issue with morning groggies. Takes the edge off an active mind when you need to wind down.
