calm without grogginess
This helps me from becoming too hyper which I often do when I feel overwhelmed at work. Really keeps me much more calm and stress-free, but no drowsiness or sleepiness. I have never had difficulty sleeping at night, but take one in the eveand one in the morning and feel calm all day plus easily drifting to sleep when I"m ready.

Really Works
This supplement not just help me sleep (deep) also help me relax. I take half cap every night. I feel calm and fall asleep faster. Even second day, I still feel the same way (relaxed). Thanks Swanson!

Surprised!
This actually worked. I have tried a few things and this worked in helping me sleep. No drugged feeling, just slept well. I am going through menopause and am experiencing sleeplessness due to that. Worth a try!

Calm & Relaxed
I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Swanson's Jujube Fruit product. This does the trick for calming and relaxing one who is stressed. I felt the effects within 20 to 30 minutes. Not only did I feel calmed and relaxed, but it also improved my mood with absolutely no side effects whatsoever! I highly recommend Jujube Fruit because it works!

Love it!
I have taken this herb in another form before (it was a Chinese herbal supplement meant to promote calm and sleep). I think this Swanson product is at least as effective as the one that my friend brought all the way from China. Really love the quality and value I get here--will definitely buy again!

Let me say that I have tried more than my share of pills "that help you sleep" and none have been effective across the board. Valerian, melatonin, passion flower, chamomile and formulas with all the above. This wonderful fruit really helps. I do not wake up with a sleep hangover, I sleep soundly for longer periods and I only take one before bed. Everyone knows that if you can't sleep you can't enjoy much. This pill really has helped me consistently for over a month now. Not everything works for everyone but I do suggest trying this, if it works... happy trails :) What have you got to lose... another nights sleep?

very satisfied
i was not familiar with the Jujube fruit until about two months ago when I bought it from Swansosn's on sale 2 for 1 . It has a calming effect, yet it adds stamina. I am happy with it and would recommend it for mental fatigue.

Great Sleep Aid
If I wake up in the night and cannot go back to sleep, I take just one of these Jujube Fruit pills. Within a half hour I am sound asleep for the rest of the night. This has happened so many times that I know it is more then wishful thinking. It is hard to believe that this gentle product can be so effective yet without any side affects, except the feeling of having had a great nights sleep. Thank you Swanson!
