Did not agree with me. I was really surprised that I had an adverse reaction to this product considering the glowing reviews. I had been using another brand with great success but decided to try this because of the good price to save money and the good reviews. I felt fatigued while using it which immediatly went away as soon as I stopped. I don't know, I guess I am just really sensitive to what ever it contains that I reacted to. June 8, 2013

A helpful supplement I am using this hoping that its multiple applications will be as they are promised. It is really too soon to tell and also because I use other products that have siimilar possibilities, it may be difficult to see if it is solely because of the Holy Basil leaf supplement. Repeats on me. I like thie idea of this product and the benefits. However, when I take it, it repeats on me, meaning I burp up the flavor for some time after taking it. I stopped taking it because of this. July 16, 2012

Best This is my third bottle of Holy Basil full spectrum from Swanson's and I dont think I'll ever stop taking it. I normally take however many I feel I need for the day, usually 2-5 pills, sometimes using muscle testing to determine how many my body needs.
