A helpful supplement I am using this hoping that its multiple applications will be as they are promised. Best This is my third bottle of Holy Basil full spectrum from Swanson's and I dont think I'll ever stop taking it. I normally take however many I feel I need for the day, usually 2-5 pills, sometimes using muscle testing to determine how many my body needs.
