Seasoning
It may be useful for seasoning food, but has done little to season my health. No noticeable, measurable effects on my vigor or linguine. It does, however, make your body odor smell like celery which I've heard is an aphrodisiac in some vegan communities.

Good stuff
The only diffrence between the bottle I bought before is this one does not smell as did the previouse bottle. Not sure if the dose is less but just wondering.

An Essential Supplement for Older People
I have used fenugreek for about 15 years and consider it an essential part of supplementation. It helps food pass through the digestive system. I have found that just one cap per day is all that is required.

Good - Just Good!
I have been using "Testofen" for a few months with GREAT success, but the price was a bit high for me. So I decided to go with this much more affordable form of Fenugreek. This is definitely less potent and less effective than "Testofen". Although this Fenugreek Seed works, it's effects are mild compared to the very strong and obvious effects of Testofen.
