This product has made being a woman SO MUCH EASIER! It is inexpensive and so worth it. I take two every morning and feel great! I let myself run out once, and felt a huge difference within a week. I have recommended it to all of my female friends (especially in their 40's and 50's).

Thankful
I have six children from age 2-14 so I need to be on my A game all the time. Recently I found myself snappy ( emotional) and had a lack of desire to accomplish my every day activity (physically). I was also having a difficult time sleeping through the night. I keep telling myself your just stressed. Deal with it. My mother told me about this dong quai... So I looked into it... This is the best quality stuff I could find and the cheapest I found. I didn't think this would do much of anything when I bought it, but I was listening to my mothers advice. Wow I was wrong. My life is back to normal now. It wasn't stress it was hormonal. My husband calls dong quai my sweet pills. I'm well rested. I'm not waking up with hot flashes. Because of that I'm sweeter to those around me. I have more energy to do my day to day things. I'm so thankful for this product. It has given me my life back.

Dong Quai Root Tabs
Swanson's Dong Quai is really good, I feel great since taking them, which has been about 2 months. I have more energy, my moods are stable, they help me to relax a bit more than before and they helped induce my cycle with slight cramping in the beginning but the cramps did ease away. Another thing that I have to mention is on the flip side these tabs are a bit large so 2 to 3 cups of water may be required due to the fact they don't go down so easy, but other than that they have done well for me.

No more hot flashes!
I was having horrible night sweats and hot flashes (post-menopause), every 15-20 minutes day and night. It took about 2 1/2 weeks, but I am now having NO hot flashes or night sweats. This is the best thing I have tried.

I think it works
I gave it a 5 stars because I'm convinced it will work to balance my perimenopausal symptoms. I've only been taking it for a week so it's too soon to tell. I think it will work though. I'm trying to be positive here. We'll see.

Good Product
While I've only been taking this brand of Dong Quai Root for 3 weeks or so it's giving the same results as the more expensive brand I usually use. I specifically use this for hot flashes and so far i't's working great. It looks like Swanson is going to be my go to company for vitamins and supplements from now on.... :)

Definitely Work for Me
Before taking this product I was "out of whack" but for the price I thought I would try it. I am now ordering my second bottle & I have been very surprised with the results. I know this is good quality because for me within 2 weeks I was already noticing a difference. This is definitely worth every penny!

Thank Goodness for Dong Quai!

Try this if you have troubles with cramps.
