I use this one till finish jar after tried Dong Guai & that didn't help me like this one , so I back to Chasteberry fruit ;-)

Great Surprise!!
I had never heard of Chasteberry Fruit until Swansons accidentally sent these in my order. I looked it up to see what it's for & decided to keep them as my daughter gets bad cramps & crabbiness. I started giving her 1 capsule-2x a day as directed. She did not realize until after her period that she did not get the normal cramps & irritation that she usually gets!! She was so happy (and so was I!!)YAY!! Anyhow she will not go without these!! Thank you for making such wonderful, effective & affordable supplements!!

Wonderful herb, quality brand
I've been taking this for six months to a year now. It has become a permanent part of my vitamin regimen. I've noticed that my overall outlook on life is helped when i take this.

Excellent product
I can't say that it's necessarily this product that is helping me, but after tinkering with quite a few different products this one being a main one, some of the problems I was having with female functions have been curbed, not totally dealt with, but this is helping. I've been taking it for a little over a month, and things seem to been evening out. In conjunction with a few other products, like turmeric, rose hips, wild yam, nettle, raspberry leaf, and sleeping in the dark... things are getting better, I've noticed a shift in weight, emotional balance, among other stuff. However, without going into too much detail, it works for me, I can't say for anyone else.

This herb works!
I started taking Vitex a few years ago. Within a few weeks, I could feel great improvement to my well being before the period. My body got used to it, so the effect has been less prominent lately, yet I still feel good so I continue to take these.
I love Swanson vitamins because some of the supplements are hard to find locally in the ingredient or form I prefer. I admit in the beginning I purchased the more expensive Vitex from another brand. But Swanson brand delivers the same result if not better.
I'd also like to note the Chasteberry capsules from Swanson have always had good shelf life left when received. This is important because I usually order more than I need as backups so I don't run out of these supplements.

I have been taking this for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I have recommended it to friends and they have been taking it for years as well. Wonderful product, just one cap a day done.

Chasteberry Fruit Tabs
These are really good tabs, honestly they don't go down very easy, so you may have to take about 2 to 3 big gulps of water to make sure it goes down good. I think they helped clean me out with my last period and it made it come right on time. I had a little more energy than usual and my moods were really stable while using them. I did have slight hot and cold spells but it didn't last long. I've only took them for a couple of months but they are so worth having.

Cheap and Effective!
I love how Chasteberry regulates my cycle and greatly reduces PMS! I've used other brands, but this one is just as effective at less than half the price. Can't beat that!

Fifteen years and no regrets!
My doctor recommended chasteberry over fifteen years ago, and it wasn't all that easy to find then. All I know is that I went more gently into menopause than anyone I know. No hot flashes or mood problems or discomforts of any kind. I continue to take it and have recommended it to friends who also now swear by it. Is it the chasteberry or the cohosh or the fact I am a vegetarian? Don't know and don't care. I feel good and that's enough for me. Chasteberry is easier to come by now, but you can't beat Swanson's price and products!

Effective product
I tried this because I was looking for a natural product to help with my monthly cycle, and after using it for a few months I've noticed that the cycle is lighter and easier to get through. I'm glad that I've found a product that is very reasonably priced at Swanson Vitamins and seems to help improve my quality of life.

Excellent product
Since I began taking this, my periods have gotten lighter & shorter, with less cramping and mood changes. I only take 1 a day and works out great.

Period pain relieved
I purchased it for the purpose of improving fertilty. I was pleasantly surprised to see my period pain was greatly relieved. I wish all women knew about it. I have recommended it to my mother and sisters.

Great for PMS
My PMS symptoms were starting to get noticeably bad during this past winter (especially my mood), so I did some research about which herbs help ease this. I've been taking the Chasteberry as directed for several months now, and it's helped immensely! There's hardly a mood change, now, and I don't feel as tired as I used to during this time. It also lightened my periods a lot, so now I stop taking it during my cycle - just to keep everything balanced out. :) For me, this is a great product!
