Still evaluating
Been taking for a month or so. Can't honestly say, yet, if it's been effective or not, but I will continue to take it for awhile. Hard to know if it's doing the trick or not.

Three a day.
I take three a day in place of two of the more concentrated extract version and it works just as well and costs less.
The other product is more convenient, but you pay for that added convenience with a bit of a price hike.

great product at good price
I only started using this product on a regular basis rather recently and I approve of its benefits. I like that it is effective and I shall CONTINUE TO USE IT TO SEE WHERE IT TAKES ME .

Fingernails
I buy this for my mother. I forget the original reason she wanted it but after taking it a while she discovered it has helped her fingers nails grown longer and stronger. She's thrilled with it

it does help, but...
I believe that I do somewhat better when I take this, but I can only take 1 capsule per day. When I take 2 per day, my blood pressure gets a little too high, and I also have some anxiety and atypical grouchiness. I don't know for sure if those problems are related to this supplement, but I found that when I cut back to just 1 per day, I didn't have those problems. After a week or so of only taking 1 per day, I tried increasing the dose to 2 per day again, and those problems promptly returned. That's unfortunate, because I feel that when I take 2 per day, I get more of the benefits that I am taking this for, but the added benefit isn't worth the downside I experience with the higher dose. I am back to taking just 1 per day, that seems to work best for me at this time.

winter cold feet?
I use this in the winter to help keep blood circulating in my extremeties. Because I'm a smoker, I suffer cold hands & feet in the winter and this seems to help some.
