I purchased this based on some research online for an effective form of vitamin c that was easier for the body to absorb and was easy on the digestive tract as well.
But wait, then I researched any potential side-effects. I cannot list them here, as that would be a medical/disease claim, which posting here is against governmental regulations. They were enough to make me thin twice about this one. I may stick to other forms.
Aside from that, you get 60 doses for a fair price.
If this product still interests you because of its ease on the digestive tract; I would strongly suggest researching this supplement; and if needed, also speak to a healthcare practitioner.

I use the buffered vitamin C powder twice weekly to boost my intake of vitamin C. This product is easy to use and measure. It is buffered, so gentler to my system.

Loaded with salt, and it tastes like it too. Don't waste your money on this turkey. Get the Carlson.

I've been taking Vitamin C tablets/capsules for over 20 years. Then I discovered this product several years ago and began using it instead of the capsules. It is much cheaper and easier to use as I simply sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning and hardly taste it at all. When I do taste it, it tastes like a tart fruit. If you are a constant Vitamin C user like me, this is the only way to go.

I can't take Vitamin C capsules due to the acidity, which is unsettling in my stomach. I began using this in my morning juicing as a way to get Vit C in my system and it is convenient and works well.

I used this for the singing canary health drink from Trim Healthy Mama. I've only used it once, but so far so good.

I am happy with this Vitamin C product. It is one of several that I use. I use this when I need some higher doses; but I also try to stick with some more whole food Vitamin C products, such as rose hip powder. I believe using a mix of various Vitamin C products will give our bodies a broader range of Vitamin C support. Shalom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shelly47 Exactly What I Was Looking For
I purchased this item because I was making my own sodium ascorbate and it was inconvenient. (vitamin C powder + baking soda) This pre-mixed powder is much more convenient to use, mixes well in liquid, and I seem to be receiving the same benefits that I did with the home made.
I will purchase this item again, and would recommend it for anyone who is using high dose vitamin C supplements.

As the most "absorb-able" form of Vitamin C. I use this in homemade baby formula and it doesn't curdle the milk. I use just a small amount for the batch I make.
