BETA CAROTENE is NOT Vitamin A
It is only a potential precursor to Vitamin A and is a very poor source to obtain your daily need for Vitamin A. Only a small fraction of Beta Carotene will convert to Vitamin A. This is a VERY POOR method of obtaining your daily vitamin A requirement.

I don't know what it is doing for me as I don't feel any different. But almost everyone agrees there are benefits to Vitamin A, and Swanson's price can't be beat. I don't get side effects, and the little soft gel is very easy to swallow.

Natural, Healthy and a Must
My skin looks a lot better especially since it is always dry and the fact that it is healthy makes me feel so much better. I take Swanson vitamin A every day and I am happy with the results. Eating fruits and vegetables is just not enough. Thanks for your great product.

Because I value my eyes, I chew two of these every day, total 50000IU of Beta-Carotene. Because it is Beta-Carotene, it is NOT toxic like preformed Vitamin A. I am happy with this product.

Skin Looks Great
Started using this vitamin A several years ago, and so easy to take. My skin looks a lot younger and I feel great inside. I would never be without my Swanson vitamin A. Had used other products but never had the results or felt this good before. My sister also started to use this, as she could not believe that I looked so much younger than she is. And healthier. Eating vegetables is great, but having this extra protection for my body is wonderful. Thank you Swanson!!!!
