I would recommend I read about Berberine in First Magazine for Women as being one of those items that I'd never heard of (which for me is rare), and that also aids in weight loss. Like everything, I'll give it a try, and see for myself. If it doesn't work on me, I won't order it again. If it does work, I'll add it to my arsenal of fat fighting products. Well, I haven't really lost any weight (I haven't really been trying). But I've been eating anything I want, and I haven't GAINED any weight either! And that's really saying something! March 13, 2013
