An energy boost without the caffeine.
I take this along with other supplements to help boost my energy levels in the morning, and to help manage stress without caffeine, which I cannot take.
A 100 pill count bottle will last you 100 days, or more than 3 months, at the suggested use on the bottle.
Also keep in mind that there is obviously more than just one kind of b-vitamins in the bottle. I think that the formula is pretty comprehensive.

Didn't like
I did not feel this B-50 measured up to the one I was taking which was by pure encapsulation so I went back to that one. I will not repurchase this.

Great product, great price and perfect amount of all the B Vitamins. It's not always on sale, but even if it's not, it's a better price than the store or another website.

Great B Complex
I order this every month for my husband. He has taken B complex supplements for over 5 years now and is happier with the Swanson complex than any other complex that he has tried.
I have even started using it in the last month and have not had some of the bad side effects that I had with other supplements in the past.

You can't beat this price
I honestly can't tell if the B makes a difference or not but my husband and I continue to take 2 of these a day. The recommendation on the bottle is one a day. The pills are very stinky but once swallowed it isn't a problem.

i should have read the reviews of this product before buying it! i didn't realize it was going to have an odor to it, nor a color. the color didn't so much bother me because it would have made it easier to tell which one of my pills was which, but the odor of them is what i couldn't get over. i've read in different places that either the choline or the riboflavin gives it the funny smell, but either way, i couldn't get over the smell & had to throw them out.

The B's :united they stand
I like Swanson's Premium Balance B-50 because each B vitamin is a significant amount , and Bs work synergistically, so it is preferable to take them together. To avoid stomach upset, I take it before the biggest meal of the day.

Great product
This product is great! I have been using it for about 5 Yrs. I ran out one time and did not take any for a few days until I got my refill and boy could I feel the difference! I was weak and tired, but once I started taking them again I felt great again. These are very important vitamins for your nervous system and over all well being. Swanson's price is a lot lower than the others and thier quality is great!

Pretty good
This complex is a great overall blend of the Bs. The only downside is that the pills smell, I burp them up for hours afterwards (my husband doesn't have a problem with this), and they discolor too soon. They turn dark and splotchy when there's still half a bottle left. We add some silicone packets and that helps a lot but doesn't prevent it.

Easy to swallow - good array of B's. One-a-day works well if you are also taking B12, 6 and folic acid

Not Too Happy
I have been taking B complex vitamins since the 1970's with good results. The last 2 times I bought some from from Swanson there was a fairly stong bad odor that I had never experienced before - with Swanson or other brands. I like the price, but not the odor.

Much needed supplement
Just like the other reviewer, If I stop taking my B's and vitamin C my skin starts to become blotchy and I get cracks in the corners of my mouth!
One week I got lazy and really didn't feel like taking any supplements, boy did my skin pay for it. Blotches galore!
From that point, I realised that the B's and vitamin C are a must for me and will forever be apart of my life.
Swansons' has the best vitamins and great prices. I've tried other brands but for some reason my body just doesn't agree with them.

Some Buzz about the Bees!
I have been taking the full spectrum of B-vitamins since I read Adelle Davis's "Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit." Except it's never been as affordable as buying from Swanson. I have had a high requirement for the B-complex all my life. How do I know? Because when I don't take my Bees, even for a couple of days, I develop cracks in the sides of my mouth, a blotchy skin and styes in my eyes. Everyone's biochemistry is different (that's called genetic variation, and it's a good thing for the human race, though sometimes vexing to individuals). Because of this wonderful diversity in the human genome, sometimes supplements don't live up to their press for certain people. This does NOT mean that supplements are worthless! It simply means a particular supplement does not address the biochemical defiency in the individual. And the great thing about Swanson is that they offer SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS that allow consumers to determine what is BEST FOR THEM! If it doesn't work for you, you're not out a lot of money. If it works, GREAT! And isn't that the definition of freedom?
