Ingredients: Aloe vera gel, isocetyl stearate, propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate SE, diethylaminethyl stearate, cetyl alcohol, jojoba oil, eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salicylate, lactic acid, hydroxyethyl cellulose, diazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf extract, Thymus vulgaris (thyme) extract, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) bark extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root extract, Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract.

DIRECTIONS: Apply liberally to the affected area four times a day.

Great product I've tried several different rubs but this product has plenty of heat and lasts longer than any I have tried before,this is a great product. March 10, 2013

Very Disappointed The first thing I noticed was the container. Because the cream is so thick, it won't come out! The bottle is made for a liquid, not a cream or gel. After shaking and pounding, I unscrewed the cap and inserted a finger to get to the cream. Once I repeated that enough times to get some out and apply it, there was no "deep heating." I've since added some water to it to try and make it more of a liquid, but this will be a very slow process. Somebody in manufacturing made a very bad decision. December 6, 2012
