I don't think I will ever stop taking these. They definitely help me think more clearly and it's noticable if I run out and don't take them for awhile.

really good product

Never had any problems with this product from Swanson in the past but this batch has been different. It stinks and has a terrible taste to the outside of the pill and the pills have a sandy like feel to them.

Good Supplement
This supplement is very good and it will help a lot if you continue to use it. I've been using this supplement for a while an have noticed fair changes. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Carnitine review
Enhanced memory. I noticed minute details were easier to recall, I practice making myself remember small details, acquaintances names, or the names of famous movie actor's, and realized I could recall small details whereas it was not possible without it before using L-Carnitine. Thumbs up. I would use it again.

A must for mem.
After my daily vitamin this is a must taken with alpha lopoic acid!!! Like most Swanson's products you don't get a flash and all is well but when my memory started slipping a little I decided to try it. After about 2 years my memory seems to be better than it was. When you love to fish it sure come's in handy to remember where the fish are hitting, saves a lot of wasted time LOL.
