I have noticed a slight change in my libido. However, I am taking the advice from another woman that posted a review that said she needed to take it for 2 months to notice a big change. So, I'm definitely going to take it for another month to give myself the full trial.

women's intimate performance
I was taking maca & wild yam root BUT they left me constipated (hate to admit that but it's true). Desperate for relief (in more ways than one) from hotflashes; I tried Passion's Ultimate Women's Intimate Performance & WOW!!! First I noticed I was able to go the bathroom & I wasn't getting hot flashes anymore. However, once I ran out, my hotflashes came back with a vengance. I won't run out of this awesome product again. It truly works.
I am now a believer.

Wow!
Wow! My husband is happy, and most of all, I'm happy! I've tried tons of different products for increasing desire and have had no luck until now! After starting my SECOND bottle, yes, you need to take it at least 5-6 weeks before you notice an effect. I had ZERO desire before, and now I'm even shocking my husband of ten years!

Women's Intimacy
I started taking this to help boost my libido but have come to discover that it also helps more with menstrual symptoms! Since I started taking this I don't have the cramping and other issues related to my cycle. It has helped with my libido as well.

Definitely bumps the hormones!

I bought this to help with hormonal balance for pre menopause,but all I can say is Wow!I only take it twice a day,and it definitly has made a big difference,on all levels from desire to feeling more balanced and no more anoying symptoms!

Energy without Jitters
I found Swanson's Ultimate Women's Intimate Performance gave me more Energy throughout the day but it did not give me any jitters like most energy or caffeine drinks do. I could go to bed and sleep easily, but I had enough energy, when I went to bed, that I did not fall asleep before my husband could interest me in other activities. I did have more desire, if only because of reading the bottle 3 times a day with meals. I skipped it this last month and found I really miss it! I love Swanson's and this goes into the favorites list!!!!

Didn't work for me
Sadly, I didn't notice any changes after taking this product for a month. I bought it as a BOGO and gave the other one to a friend; not sure if it's working for her; everybody is different but for me it didn't work.

Works Like a Charm
I ordered this about 2 years ago based upon decent reviews. I've been using it ever since and think it's a GREAT PRODUCT! Of course every woman's body is individual and responds differently. But this suppliment is noticeably effective for me in just the way i need it to be ;) I order it regularly and recommend! My only complaint is that they can sometimes be hard to swallow due to lack of coating. Other than that...TWO THUMBS UP!

Glad 1 bottle was free
First let me say that I have gotten many great products from Swansons and will continue to shop here, however, this product did not live up to the claims. I have just started on the 2nd bottle, and the only thing I feel is a little lighter in the pocket book. Oh and I have to take it in the morning because if I take it at night it keeps me awake. Needless to say I will not be re-ordering.

Didn't work for my wife
My wife is 60 and has had no interest in intimacy for several years now and I thought trying this product was worth a shot. However, I could tell no difference using this product. I think we gave it a fair shot using it for 3 months, but sadly it didn't work. .

Noticeable Improvement
After using these for a few weeks I noticed an improvement in desire. See a negative change when I don't take them. Will definitely keep buying these.

yee haww
i'm 54, in great shape, healthy and my libido had gone in the toilet and i don't and won't do hormones. i've tried some other things and though they kept other symptoms at bay, the libido part wasn't happening. after only a week, maybe not even that long, with this product, i feel "that feeling" again. this stuff works ladies. if you are in that rut, give this a try, i love it!!

Worst Purchase
These tablets are not coated....so I have only been able to get 1 down. I stopped trying after I had to cough up the last 5. If they were coated I may be able to write a better review. I certainly wasted my money.
