Great margarine alternative
To improve my nutrition I have oatmeal for lunch every day. I didn't like using margarine and found the coconut oil works perfectly as a replacement and adds a subtle coconut flavor without being overwhelming

I've tried many brands of coconut oil, and swanson's is by far the most flavorful! And buying the 3 lb size here is equivalent to buying 1.5 lbs and getting the other 1.5 lbs free! Sweet!

Coconut Oil is GOOD for YOU
I use Coconut Oil on everything. It is a Saturated fat which is one of the best fats you can eat. You can heat the oil, or eat it cold. There are over 1,000 different benefits. I use it to wash my hair, I use it as a skin conditioner. I eat it and my Cat eats it. She demands the lid to lick what she wants.

Just recently discovered what a good product this is. Ordered the smaller size and had to have the larger one. So glad it comes in the larger size as I use this instead of other oils. Popcorn popped in this oil is the BEST! You won't be disappointed in the great products you purchase from Swanson's!

Wonderful Coconut Oil
I have tried coconut oil from other sources, both grocery and specialty food stores. None of those products compared to Swanson Organic Virgin Coconut oil. A great plus is that it now comes in the larger 54 oz size. The stirfries are great, baking is excellent. Try it in your pie crust. Yumm! I start the day with a teaspoon of it - so palatable! The price is competitive. I will always be your customer.

Great price!
Some coconut oils are soo expensive. This is a lot of oil for a little price! I've used this mixed with the magnesium chloride flakes and make a luxurious lotion with it, but I've also sampled the Swanson recipe for coffee with coconut oil and it's delicious!
