No more cramps
I used to get cramps in my legs all the time. This product seems to stop cramps within 5 to 10 minutes. If you feel a cramp coming on, it can prevent the cramp too.

Wow!
I've tried other products and sometimes they work sometimes they didn't. I am on my feet all day and I also like going for a walk at lunch time. I was getting some major calve cramps at night . The first time I tried Leg Cramp relief I didn't have any cramps that night. I only take them when I am pretty sure that cramps will be a problem, so far it has worked everytime. I like that they are all natural.

I would give this product high ratings. I cannot give it a 5 star as I have had another homeopathic that works faster. Other than that it is excellent. I find it excellent for anytime except when I am driving and need really fast relief of cramps. And the price makes it what I use most often

works for me
I read all the reviews and I think it depends on what's causing your leg cramps. I have night leg and foot cramps - more so when its cold. This product lets me sleep all night, instead of jumping out of bed a couple times in the dark rubbing out a knot. I take only at bedtime. If you just cramp from physical exertion I don't think this is your product but I LOVE it - I'm here to reorder.

Wonderful Product!
I bought this to see if it might help with my husband's leg cramps and occasional nerve spasms. I am pleased to tell you that it has brought him great relief. I also have occasional cramps and again, I receive relief. Its a great value as are all the Swanson products that we use.

No Results
I'm a 55 yr old male just went to a different job much more physical than before. I am having nightly leg cramps so tried these.Absolutely no help. I regularly take several other Swanson products and have been very pleased this one just doesn't work for me.

Best purchase ever
I have had bad leg & foot cramps for a long time & nothing I ever tried had any effect until I purchased this leg cramp product. It alleviated the cramps entirely. I was amazed & so thankful! Needless to say I have found my relief so I take them all the time now with no side effects at all.

I have found this to work very well.
I use it before bed time. I am a diabetic and have had terrible leg cramps til now. I have used other products that were highly priced. I recommend this but , of course, everyone is different. For me it works.

I have suffered from cramps in my legs all my life. I still remember my dad keeping me out of the Navy because he reminded me that I wasn't good in water because I got cramps all the time. Best relief I have ever had. Thank you.

finally getting relief
After suffering most of my adult life with severe calf and foot cramps, I tried this, and finally sleep through the night with no cramps. I find that taking one three times a day gives me the best relief.
