Great Product!
A fantastic combination of all important sea veggies that I just can't afford to buy separately.Such great nutrients in one capsule and you can't beat this price.I commend Swansons for a product that fits my budget!
I always suggest this supplement to family and friends.It makes me feel good that I can get these nutrients in just one veggie capsule.

Seaweed
This is a very healthy supplement containing iodine and many vitamins and minerals. In my supplement regimen I use it to replace a multiple vitamin/mineral and am pleased with the results.

Good Value
While the quality and effectiveness of this product are excellent, I noticed that one or more of the ingredients made me a little jittery. This went away once I stopped taking the product.

Great Complex
After having my second child, I felt even more scatterbrained than after my first child. I feel that Swanson's seaweed vegetable complex helps with this - even if it doesn't completely eliminate it. My parents, who are in their 60s, started taking this product after I mentioned it to them. They love it and make sure to not run out when they are getting low. My mother claims it greatly helps with her memory and has even felt more confident at work, as a result.

Too soon to really tell.....
Hi everyone! I received the Seaweed Complex recently so I feel its too soon to expect any positive results. It has not, however, upset my stomach! Sometimes supplements don't agree with me so its very frustrating. This supplement has not upset my stomach at all, which is great! I'm hoping that this will give a little kick to my thyroid & also my daughter. I hope to give more feedback at a later time! Salud!

Well if you are missing something, this is the product you have been looking for, its super affordable, NO aftertaste as with other brands and you WILL notice a difference after taking this wonderful supplement. It is one of my favorites.

Spa Body Detoxification
I was on a cruise and attended a lecture in the Spa about the need to detoxify your body occasionally. There are two ways to do this, from the outside with Sea Weed wraps, and the inside with Sea Weed pills. I chose the less expensive choice, in two months I should be seeing a difference.

Quick & Easy!
I used to mix Green Food *powder* to make a shake in the mornings but got tired of the extra work. I like taking these caps MUCH BETTER. They are super convenient, leave no aftertaste AND my son is willing to take them as well!
