Great Product
I have been taking these for a few years. I don't always eat enough vegetables so these are a big help. Every product I have ever purchased from Swanson has been of high quality at a fair price.

fruit and vegs for life
i take these with my while travelling - very convenient and suppliment my diet - sometimes, we are not able to get the required amts while on the move!

Easy Fruit
I like this product because it's an easy way to receive your daily fruit. Great variety of fruit. Tablets are smooth and extremely easy to swallow. You can even chew this if you wish because the taste and consistency is not bad. I just wish it didn't contain calcium carbonate in the fillers, but it's still a great product.

Fruit Bats
This is one of those products you can add to your daily regime and know the benefits. You can never get enough fruit and with this you won't...just look at this combo - apple, apricot, cherry, lemon, orange, papaya, peach, strawberry, grape, orange, pineapple, prune and cranberry.

i admit i was skeptical but i am in my second month of taking this supplement and i definitely have more energy and am less tired. i don't eat enough fruit so this was just what i needed.

happy with the switch!
Due to encouragement recently from a friend, I switched to the fruits and veggies for life instead of a multi. I feel better and more healthy taking my vitamins in a natural form. It seems like the energy and such stays with me longer. My husband noticed the garlic seemed to linger after the pills, but chewing a couple of Swanson's chlorophyll and mint tabs fixed that!

getting nutrient energy
For me, this product just didn't give me any measurable energy durin the day. I would take 2 when I awoke and another 2 early afternoon, only about 4-5 hours apart. I never felt any kind of surge or boost.
It may be that I was getting great antioxidants and foods; I can't say it was ineffective.
But for me I get better measurable results with Swanson's Ultra Super Fruit Extract. It has a lot of 'fashion fruits' that are the latest fad but that isn't the reason I tried it. I take one of those twice just as above, but I feel I have a measurable boost. So I have reordered this.
I was taking both in order to supplement my daily diet since I don't consume a lot of fruits daily.My goal was to avoid all the sugars of some of the fruits since I am getting a weight problem.
So there you go, this is what has been helpful for me and less effective for me.

excellent supplement
Swanson Fruit4Life dietary supplement hasimproved the appearance of my skin and the thickness of my hair as well as providing my body with the fruits that I don't get through my normal diet. I am very satisfied with this product.

I do not eat enough fruit so...
This product helps me get my fruit for the day. Nothing replaces the real deal but combining this and real fruit that I eat hopefully will get me more of what I need that I do not get with my regular diet. It has a pleasant aroma and is a good value!

Not Bad
This product has a "calming" effect on me. I am not sure why that is. They are small smoothie tasting tablets with only one drawback. Where are all the vitamins (A, C, E ..etc) that the fruits contains before being concentrated??? I wouldn't expect these tablets to have fiber, but it couldn't hurt to add a little vitamin C to boost the effects of the phytonutrients!
